Compass TN Conference 2015

FMN is proud to support the Tennessee Alliance for Progress' Compass TN Conference 2015. This  movement organizer and leadership conference to foster active solidarity amongst Tennessee organizers and to provide learning experiences around emerging themes in organizing including new economies, healing justice and culture and movements.

Keynote Facilitator, Ash Lee Henderson – Regional Organizer at Project South. She will provide a plenary interactive workshop on the Peoples' Assembly process.

You are invited to attend one or both days:

Friday Sessions – 11:00 am to 6:00 pm: Facilitated discussion for 25-40 active and experience organizers (paid and unpaid) around the state focused on bridge building and base building, developing shared movement language, healing justice and mutual personal support, and trouble shooting other issues in organizing.  Gordon Memorial United Methodist - 2334 Herman St. 37208

Saturday Sessions – 9:00am – 4:30 pm: – Providing learning experiences for around 100 organizers, leaders and participants in Tennessee movement organizations. Eastwood Christian Church, 1601 Eastland Avenue 37206.  

PLEASE REGISTER FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY SEPERATELY. Registration fees for each day are $10-25 for each day according to your ability to pay. Lunch is included each day.
